Something Aint Right: Unmasking Imposter Syndrome and Alexithymia

This week's Episode is a solo one, in which I explore my feelings about Imposter Syndrome. I also talk about another trait of ADHD that I have always exhibited, but never knew it was an actual thing until I found the term Alexithymia. Alexithymia is a personality disorder in which people find difficulty identifying and describing emotions.
